Patricia Nuñez, MBA, is the founder of Panther Bookkeeping, where she helps small- and medium-sized business owners — including education entrepreneurs and education-based businesses — replace financial guesswork with clear, supported bookkeeping and advisory systems designed for how their businesses actually operate.

With nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Patricia has worked across private firms, companies, and public-sector organizations—including more than a decade inside one of the largest public education systems in the United States. In that environment, she reviewed financial activity at scale, strengthened internal controls, and transformed fragmented records into reliable, decision-ready systems.

Through this work, Patricia developed a deep understanding of the operational realities behind education-driven and service-based businesses—where revenue can grow quickly, but financial infrastructure often lags behind. As she transitioned into entrepreneurship, she saw the same pattern repeatedly: capable business owners doing meaningful work without the financial clarity needed to grow confidently. That insight now informs her work with clients across a range of industries, with particular depth in education-based models.

Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Florida International University and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Her mission is simple: bring institutional-level financial clarity to growing businesses so owners can make decisions with confidence—without confusion or burnout.

Outside of client work, Patricia teaches and dances ballet and directs a community dance program, giving her a firsthand perspective as both an education creator and the financial professional supporting businesses behind the scenes.
